| INTERNECT Fibre Network |
 |
Internect are happy to announce that we are able to provide connectivity via our Fibre Network to all clients in our primary office parks.
|
| What Is A Fibre Network? |
Fibre refers to the use of optical fibre strands to transfer data. This is done via an underground network of Fibre Optic Cables which run all over the country. Fibre by nature is:
- Much faster than ADSL which runs over copper wires and therefore is limited in capacity, and/li>
- More reliable than Wireless networks as it is more protected and not prone to weather disruptions or interference.
|
| Our Network Coverage |
Internect has rolled out a fibre network to the following areas:
- Gardens (Wembley)
- Woodstock (The Boulevard )
- Observatory (Black River Park)
We are in the process of connecting to the wider metropolitan area with available fibre. All our fibre infrastructure is installed and maintained according to industry standard levels and has redundancy in the unlikely event of a break in transmission. |
